27
While celebrating a recent victory, Sinbad and his companions discover that forty robbers have raided Baghdad, destroying Sinbad's home. They search the city for evidence, leading to the mistaken arrest of Ali Baba, who escapes custody and becomes a fugitive. Sinbad’s servant Tabat spots some of the thieves, providing a trail for Sinbad, Shera, and Ali Baba. The tracks lead to a cliff where the robbers use a secret passphrase to access a hidden cave. Unable to hear the exact words, Sinbad and Ali Baba attempt various guesses to open the gate. This narrative draws inspiration from the classic tale of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves.
