The Blue Demon King, angered by Sinbad's victory, orders his servant Sugaru to use genies to kill him. Sugaru challenges Sinbad, prompting him, Shera, Ali Baba, and Aladdin to leave Baghdad to fight her and her master. Sugaru summons the Genies of Snoke, Fire, Desert, Rock, Oil, and Ice, initially attacking with the Smoke Genie. The Mermaid Princess warns Sinbad, who tricks the Smoke Genie into revealing the Blue Demon King's castle location, leading to the demon's punishment for betrayal. Following Sinbad's advice, the Mermaid Princess agrees to assist by summoning their monster friends to help defeat the remaining genies in this conflict.
