Sinbad and his companions bring Shera to Baghdad, where she stays with the royal family until her lineage is restored. Meanwhile, in a ruined arena, Tabasa and Balba summon a gathering of evil magicians to defeat Sinbad and satisfy their patron, the Blue Demon King. The Miluchi Brothers volunteer to kidnap Shera to lure the heroes into a trap. They disguise themselves as Sinbad, Aladdin, and Ali Baba but mistakenly abduct Princess Sharam instead. Because of this error, Sinbad and his friends are falsely accused of the crime. To clear their names and save the princess, the group sets out on a rescue mission to find Sharam and expose the true culprits behind the deception.
