Ep. 9: Alice Promoted to Prima Undine After Picnic and Exam with Athena

Alice enjoys practicing with Aika and Akari after middle school graduation. Athena invites her to a canal picnic near Neo-Venezia, treating her as a customer. Athena praises Alice’s undine abilities, while Alice credits her mentor. During a lock passage, an undine wishes Alice luck. Alice admits weakness in singing canzone, but Athena emphasizes emotional expression over technique. At the Hill of Hope, Akari, Aika, Orange Planet owners, and a Gondola Association representative await. Following a canzone exam, Athena removes Alice’s gloves, promoting her from Pair to Prima, a first for an undine, and bestows the title Orange Princess.
