Atom’s sacrifice restored human-robot relations, yet he remains unconscious after shielding robots from a missile. Dr. Ochanomizu tirelessly repairs him while global hopes for his return grow. Tenma arrives, claiming he alone can save Atom. Ochanomizu entrusts the boy to him. One month later, Atom revives but fails to recognize Ochanomizu, believing he is human and Tenma is his father. Tenma has rewritten Atom’s memories. Meanwhile, Lamp pursues both Atom and Tenma, adding danger to this new reality.
