Shun infiltrates the second shield generator but is ambushed by Lena and Kazarina. After defeating Lena, Shun faces Kazarina and Lumagrowl until Dan and Hawktor arrive. Dan and Shun swap Bakugan; Shun reactivates the shield with Drago’s Element, trapping Airzel, Stoica, and Kazarina. Meanwhile, Kazarina plans to blame Lena for the failure to Baridous. Gill informs Lena, who orders Phosphos to assassinate Kazarina. However, Lumagrowl defeats Phosphos, and Kazarina kills Lena. Kazarina escapes punishment and hints to Gill that she knows of his involvement. Ren overhears the events and mourns Lena’s death.
