The Bladebreakers reach Moscow for the World Beyblading final tournament and meet Boris, who runs a strange training facility. He invites them to lunch and introduces them to young bladers, challenging Takao to a match against a pupil named Alexander. The battle takes place in a stark, castle-like room containing only a Beystadium. Alexander initially gains the advantage, but Takao reverses the outcome using Kai’s advice and executes the Phantom Hurricane Attack to win. Following the defeat, Boris crushes Alexander’s Beyblade under his foot and removes the boy from the facility, leaving the Bladebreakers confused. The group departs Moscow quickly, with Kai promising to return at the end of the episode.
