Legoshi begins his search for Shishigumi in the Black Market, where he is reluctantly joined by panda doctor Gouhin after Legoshi convinces him of his feelings for Haru. Guided by Haru’s lingering scent and Gouhin’s advice, Legoshi taps into his bestial instincts to fight through Shishigumi guards. Meanwhile, Haru finds the strength to resist her captors while thinking of Legoshi. This resistance allows Legoshi to reach her just in time, concluding their respective struggles within the dangerous market environment.
