Ep. 11: Belphegor’s Drunken Encounter with Azazel in the Botanical Garden

Belphegor dreams of conversing with Azazel, prompting Beelzebub to invite him for coffee at a botanical garden, though he declines to avoid frightening her. At the venue, Mullin meets Morrigan and Caim, who worries Belphegor’s social skills are worse than Beelzebub’s due to her sheltered upbringing. After accidentally consuming Adrammelech’s wine, Belphegor becomes intoxicated and encounters Azazel, mistakenly believing she is dreaming. She clings to him, revealing she is not afraid, but passes out before he can ask why she usually flees. Azazel, pleased by this realization, carries her back. However, when they meet later, Belphegor’s embarrassment leads Azazel to assume she is still fearful, causing him to avoid her. This misunderstanding drives them further apart, leaving Belphegor upset until Beelzebub offers consolation.
