Keita and Hinoki relax during a school trip while the Akamatsu Industries team studies transplant technology nearby. After a steak lunch, the team acts strangely and sends a distress signal to Kaede. Upon arriving, Keita and Hinoki find the facility deserted. Keita’s cowardice leads them to Sakura, who lies injured near the lunch table. He attempts to carry her to safety, but she suddenly tries to eat him. Keita drops her, and they are soon surrounded by hungry zombies, including former allies.
