Ep. 25: Mimete Competes for Idol Audition While Doubting Her Villainous Role

Minako and Mimete discover that eighteen-year-old idol Araki is casting a co-star for a film releasing next summer. Having admired him for years, they compete fiercely, with Mimete vowing to leave the Death Busters if she wins. After losing the audition, Mimete attacks Araki and the crowd with a daimon, but the creature fails comically by forgetting its own attacks. This error allows Sailor Moon to purify it using the Rainbow Moon Heartache. When Mimete attempts to steal Araki's pure heart, Venus stops her with the Venus Love-Me Chain, forcing her retreat. Meanwhile, Tomoe notices that Mimete targets celebrities, and the Outer Senshi suspect the Death Busters seek pure hearts for their own messiah, though they do not yet know who that figure is.
