Ep. 104: Rufel Possesses Luck While Magna and Vanessa Fight to Save Him

Rufel reveals he inhabits Luck’s body, prompting Vanessa to recognize the possession. When Rufel attempts to kill Magna, Vanessa’s familiar Rouge, the Red String of Fate, intervenes to protect the Black Bulls. Magna tricks Rufel using knowledge of Luck’s abilities, causing an explosion, but Rufel summons lightning to boost his power. Rouge repeatedly shields Magna, draining Vanessa’s magic until she nearly collapses. Believing Luck’s soul is gone, Magna notices tears and realizes Luck can hear them, urging everyone to wake him. As Rufel prepares to strike again, Rouge uses her final magic to alter fate, summoning Asta. Vanessa holds Rufel back with a string, allowing the trio to tackle him. Asta readies a stab to end the possession, but Rufel triggers an electrical explosion.
