Ep. 100: Yuno Regains Control While Licht Awakens to Claim the Black Sword
The elf in Klaus attacks Asta, prompting Rhya to trade Mimosa for the Grimoire, but Asta refuses. Yuno hears Asta’s resolve and instinctively saves him, revealing his soul has returned despite retaining the elf’s body. Confused by this deviation from the expected reincarnation process, Rhya suspects Licht requires more time to awaken. Yuno observes that while possessed knights sleep, the elf soul in Yuno is dormant. Asta enters his demon form, and together with Yuno, they knock Klaus and Hamon unconscious. Licht awakens, transforming his sword white before stealing the Demon Dweller sword from Asta. Their duel is intense, with Licht’s superior speed and skill overwhelming them until Asta and Yuno surpass their limits. Licht destroys the dungeon and forest, leaving Asta unconscious as the sword turns black and absorbs into his Grimoire.
