Ep. 139: Vanessa Returns to Witches Forest to Seek Queen’s Aid for Upcoming Battle
Vanessa visits the Witches Forest to request assistance from her mother, the Queen, regarding the impending conflict. The Queen declines direct aid but offers power enhancement if Vanessa assists security golems in defending the forest from dangerous magical beasts. She assigns Samantha Kravitz and Elvira Aguirre, whose Sound and Illusion magic are deemed unsuitable for combat. Vanessa recognizes this as an impossible task designed to make her quit. Observing Dominante Code trading magic tools to support the wanted criminal Fanzell, Vanessa realizes her companions' abilities can be effective with proper application. She instructs them to create prey illusions to lure beasts away and a giant monster illusion to repel them. The Queen broadcasts their success to the entire forest, earning congratulations from the other Witches. Vanessa rejects further help from the Queen and returns home to inform Yami that she is quitting drinking to focus on serious training.
