Ep. 141: Yuno confronts boar violence and a spell-absorbing bandit leader in Saussy

Klaus and Mimosa fear Yuno’s demeanor hinders his friendships. Vangeance dispatches the squad to Saussy to handle aggressive magical boars. Alecdora Sandler, envious of Yuno’s reputation, attempts to surpass him. Yuno discovers Asta is celebrated in Saussy for halting a prior boar attack and defeating Heath Grice. While Alecdora demands the beasts killed, Yuno investigates their abnormal aggression, finding them consuming fruit tainted by dark mana. Removing the trees restores the boars, angering Alecdora. Vangeance then assigns a dungeon mission. Langris privately suggests Yuno would lead better than Alecdora. Inside, the team battles bandits led by a former magic knight wielding a vase that absorbs spells. The leader overwhelms Alecdora and nullifies the team’s magic. United, they strip his equipment, enabling Yuno to defeat him. Alecdora later admits Yuno’s crucial role and apologizes for his jealousy. During a meal, Yuno realizes he is finally making friends.
