Ep. 22: License results, Utsushimi's disguise, and Bakugo's discovery of Midoriya's secret

Class 1-A receives Provisional Licenses, except Todoroki and Bakugo, who must complete a 3 month course. Todoroki failed due to a feud with Inasa, while Bakugo failed for rudeness toward victims. Midoriya seeks Utsushimi, but learns she left early; she was actually Himiko in disguise, using her blood-consuming quirk to return to the League of Villains with Midoriya's blood. Meanwhile, All Might interrogates All for One in prison. The villain gloats about his achievements despite severe injuries, prompting All Might to vow that Tenko will not kill him or Midoriya. Later, Bakugo summons Midoriya to their mock match location. Having witnessed All for One, Bakugo deduces that Quirks can be transferred and realizes Midoriya's connection to All Might. Frustrated by Midoriya's progress and All Might's acknowledgment, Bakugo challenges him to a fight.
