A welcome gathering for the League in Deika City is interrupted by an ambush that scatters the members. Toga is cornered by Curious, who seeks to understand her past, including a middle school incident involving blood consumption. Curious attacks with explosives, but Toga, desperate to become the people she loves, undergoes a Quirk evolution near death. This change grants her Zero Gravity, causing Curious and her allies to fall from the sky. Meanwhile, Shigaraki displays his enhanced ability to kill anyone he has previously touched. Dabi starts a fight against the ice user Geten, and Twice discovers an unconscious Toga, only to be trapped by Skeptic’s puppets disguised as an unmasked Twice.
