Kodaka wakes up with Kobato following a dream about a childhood friend he failed to bid farewell to before relocating. At the Neighbors Club, members review their social progress, with Kodaka and Sena worrying that their standing has declined. The conversation shifts to past hobbies, prompting Sena to suggest karaoke. While Kodaka and Yozora share their experiences, Sena initially dismisses the activity as low-class but joins when Yozora begins organizing plans. At the venue, Yozora disputes the pricing with the clerk before she and Sena decide to rent separate rooms, leaving Kodaka with the others. Exhausted after singing, the group finds Sena and Yozora on a bench, having found a way to compete via the scoring system. On the walk home, Sena mentions her father’s interest in meeting Kodaka, which causes Yozora to feel jealous.
