Ep. 12: Nariyuki wears a cat costume and saves Fumino during the school play.
Kirisu memorizes Uruka’s dance moves for the performance, while Nariyuki creates a costume from memory. After the show, Nariyuki accidentally destroys Kirisu’s outfit, leading to a mix-up where he dons a caped cat costume intended for her. The Thorn Society demands his help selling Rizu’s udon in exchange for assistance with their play. Teachers chase Nariyuki for the costume, forcing the group to hunt him down. Kominami spots Fumino being led to the stage and guides Nariyuki via a shortcut. With Nariyuki absent, the Headmaster declares the play improvised and seeks a volunteer prince. Boys rush the stage, causing the Thorn Society to brawl to protect Fumino. Nariyuki arrives just as the stage collapses, saving Fumino and being declared prince. Fumino then kisses his cat mask on the lips.
