Kirara transforms Boruto and Sarada into obedient dolls, commanding them to kill one another. Oonoki, reflecting on Boruto's words and the village's changing nature, decides to halt the Fabrications. Sekiei’s failing health leads to his final conversation with Mitsuki before he is put to rest. Upon learning of her comrades' situation, Kirara departs, allowing Sarada to break the genjutsu. The pair reunites with Mitsuki, only to be surrounded by the Fabrications. In a twist, Mitsuki attacks Ku while delivering the heart, revealing his true role as an agent sent to eliminate them. Despite this betrayal, Mitsuki reconciles with Boruto and Sarada, and the trio faces the remaining enemies together.
