After Hiyori saves Teruto and reunites with Sakura, Higuma appears to thank her for defeating the King. He then presents Naomitsu and Kikka, raising fears that he has stolen Kikka’s magical power once again. A furious Teruto demands answers, prompting Higuma to explain his reasons for stealing magic, his role in the Rebuild Battle, the necessity of a human sacrifice as king, and his ultimate objective. Meanwhile, the reconstruction of Neo Kyoto advances, setting the stage for the final battle to commence.
