Higuma appears before Hiyori and others, having replaced his body to take the form of Bio-Token No. 9. Eclair stands before him, revealing her true identity as Rinpu's older sister and Reira Kanagi, the person Mikhail claimed he wanted to defeat. Naomitsu and the others pause as Reira boldly challenges Higuma, though Rinpu does not understand why she would fight him. Higuma suggests that Reira has fought against him before. During the battle, Reira begins to discuss the truth of her employment as a Guardian and her reason to fight Higuma.
