Hiyori wakes to find Kikka missing, only to discover her sleeping alone in another room with tears in her eyes and dirt on her feet. Despite her growing concern, Hiyori finds herself unable to communicate with Kikka directly. As Kikka stumbles during her work duties, Hiyori is too slow to offer help. Later, Ishinome asks Hiyori about her relationship with Kikka. Caught off guard, Hiyori claims everything is fine, but then reveals she can see petals connecting the two of them, hinting at a deeper, unseen bond.
