Prince Hasan arrives in Neo Tokyo seeking security as the Thunderstorm group plots to assassinate him and destabilize his nation. Rio accepts the assignment primarily to secure a marriage that would clear her financial debts. She secretly transports the prince to Gasoline Town, a district controlled by criminals, where they are captured and held on a booby-trapped tanker. Facing escalating danger, Rio focuses on the potential bonus and successfully ensures the prince's safety. Although she refuses his gift of a desert plot, she later discovers the land contains valuable oil reserves.
