Following the assault on the Dragon Empire Branch, Mamoru and Kouji are among those hospitalized. Tokoha blames herself, believing she could have prevented the incident by stopping Am and Luna. Rin Hashima approaches her and issues a challenge to a cardfight. Although Tokoha struggles to focus due to her sadness, she is defeated by Rin. This loss helps her snap out of her depression, and she feels relieved to see the patients recovering. Subsequently, Chrono confronts Ryuzu once more and issues a challenge to him.
