Saya Yatomi returns to the Dragon Empire Branch alongside Lisa Ferris and Remy Altena to organize the Happy Vanguard Festival. The event attracts a large crowd for a stage performance where the trio attempts to demonstrate the joy of Vanguard to the antagonist Black Vangua-rou. Unexpected rain causes a stage prop to malfunction, threatening the show's success. Just as Saya fears the performance is ruined, Team TRY3 arrives as Card Warriors Vanguamen. Their intervention engages the audience, rescuing the presentation and ensuring the festival concludes successfully.
