While in the city with Shingo, Naoki spots Moress and tracks him to a gateway similar to those used by Gaillard and Kourin. Naoki informs Kai and his friends, and the group decides to activate the portal despite the risk of a trap. They arrive at a sanctuary separate from Earth, where they are confronted by Serra and Moress. Serra reveals that Aichi is sealed there and that defeating the Quatre Knights will lift the seal. He adds that losing a cardfight within the sanctuary causes the loser to forget Aichi. Naoki challenges Serra, who uses a Granblue deck. During the match, Serra explains his family’s ruthless tradition of cutting off kin who lose cardfights, which shaped his cold personality. Despite fearing the loss of memories regarding Aichi, Naoki regains his confidence and prepares to attack.
