Treasure hunter Johnny vanishes near Baron Island after retrieving a jewel ring, prompting Cobra to investigate the area. A local captain offers passage to the cursed waters, mentioning Johnny frequented a bar owned by Baccus. After killing a gang member who ambushed him, Cobra teams up with history student Ellis Lloyd to sail to the island themselves. They discover ancient ruins where virgins were once sacrificed to the gods. Diving into the cold depths, they locate Johnny’s remains and the ring, while fending off another gang attacker. At the treasure site, they encounter the wandering beauties, preserved for 2,000 years by an extreme cold current that prevents decay and keeps fish away. Upon returning to the boat, Cobra kills two pursuing gang members, only to realize Ellis is their leader. She dives into the water wearing a two-piece swimsuit, and Cobra shoots her, causing her body to join the eternal, unchanging procession of drowned beauties circling the island.
