Hiroshi takes his family fishing but suffers from motion sickness and vomits, eventually helping Shin-chan catch a large fish. Meanwhile, Shizuka, a genius trump game player, challenges the students to a match. Shin-chan and Bo-chan play against her and emerge victorious. Later, Misae and Shin-chan travel by car to pick up Hiroshi from his office. Despite facing various obstacles along the way, Misae successfully navigates the hurdles and manages to reach Hiroshi safely, completing the pickup mission.
