Shin-chan becomes separated from his group and is reported to the lost child department. He reunites a girl with her mother by speaking on the microphone. Feeling hungry, he later seeks out his mother. Meanwhile, Mashimaro harasses Nene and her friends. Shin-chan provokes Mashimaro until the latter cries. After Shin-chan apologizes, Mashimaro admits his own fault, and the two boys go out to play together.
