Shin-chan visits his friend Hitoshi, where they play together and draw on each other's faces with permanent markers. Later, Hiroshi, Misae, and Shin-chan participate in a fishing competition. During the event, Shin-chan ignores fishing and instead pulls off the wig of the man sitting next to him. After Misae locks Shin-chan inside a wardrobe as punishment, he climbs onto the roof. There, he chases a mouse and eventually scares Misae by using a toy mouse.
