Hiroshi, Misae, and Shin-chan purchase a new vehicle, but Misae accidentally parks it in the bushes. Meanwhile, the Kasukabe defense force launches a mission to rescue animals and birds. Kazama brings several cats, which Shin-chan gives away for free. Later, the family visits an empty restaurant for lunch. Initially hesitant, they ultimately enjoy the food when it arrives.
