Misae enrolls in ballerina classes to lose weight, but the instructor injures his back while lifting her. Meanwhile, Hiroshi and Shin-chan visit a park to play hide-and-seek with Nanako and Shinobu. Misae arrives at the park and physically attacks Hiroshi. Shin-chan becomes distressed, believing that Misae is near death. However, the situation takes a surprising turn when Misae informs Hiroshi that she is pregnant, dispelling his fears and changing the tone of the episode.
