Shin-chan establishes a secret password for his mother, Misae, before she leaves the house. He then challenges a delivery man to recite the code and harasses him. Meanwhile, Yoshinaga provides stilts for the children to use. While Kawamura and Kazama quit the activity, Shin-chan persists in performing stunts on the stilts. Later, Shin-chan and Misae travel to the station to pick up Hiroshi because he lacks an umbrella. They choose to get soaked in the rain and enjoy the weather together.
