When Shin-chan becomes sick, his mother provides medicine and instructs him on how to gargle, though he behaves playfully. Later, Shin-chan and Nene-chan encounter Yoshinaga. Shin-chan causes trouble by taking her personal items but subsequently apologizes to her. He also buys sweet potatoes for his mother from a street vendor and resolves to purchase them regularly in the future.
