Shin-chan encounters a politician at an old age home and uses questioning to create trouble for him in front of the media. Meanwhile, Fumie arrives to care for Shin-chan while Misae is away. She deceives him by claiming to be his sister and forces him to follow her rules. Misae and Shin-chan initially forget that it is Father's Day and assign their chores to Hiroshi. However, they eventually realize their mistake, purchase gifts for him, and succeed in making him happy.
