Shin-chan watches a horror program before bedtime and becomes terrified during the night, eventually falling asleep alongside his father, Hiroshi. Meanwhile, Principal Matsuzaka and Yoshinaga organize a swimming pool cleaning activity, with Shin-chan joining the effort. Later, the Nohara family—Misae, Hiroshi, and Shin-chan—win a long trip to Guam as a prize for their participation in a quiz. To prepare for their upcoming air travel, the family practices speaking English together.
