Misae attempts to lose weight by planning a strict diet, but she ultimately fails to resist her cravings and eats until her stomach is full. Meanwhile, the school organizes athletic training for its students, who receive a pack of snacks as a reward for completing the assigned tasks. While Hiroshi is asleep, Shin-chan trims his eyebrows. Later, Misae and Shin-chan devise ideas to rectify the situation caused by the eyebrow trimming.
