Shin-chan and his friends engage in a detective game to help Yoshinaga locate her sandal, which was taken by a dog. Later, Shin-chan consumes excessive snacks at night, resulting in severe stomach pain. Hiroshi and Misae transport him to the hospital via ambulance, where he is admitted. Upon his departure, other patients present him with sweets as a farewell gift. Shin-chan eats these treats, which causes him to fall ill once again.
