Shin-chan experiments with stitching techniques and alters household clothing while Misae sleeps. At school, a doctor manages to vaccinate students by distracting them, but Shin-chan successfully engages the physician in conversation to evade the injection. Meanwhile, Misae cooks a meal for Kawaguchi, who arrives unexpectedly. After eating, Kawaguchi and Shin-chan spend time playing together and enjoying each other's company.
