Misae and Shin-chan visit a restaurant for noodles, but he accidentally spills the bowl on the table. The family then goes ice skating for winter exercise, where Shin-chan skates with great ease and impresses a champion. Meanwhile, Keiko runs away to Misae's home for comfort and advice after Satoshi scolds her following a silly quarrel about cooking. Later, Satoshi apologizes to Keiko and takes her back home.
