Students at school engage in a restaurant role-playing game, casting the principal as a child who joins them to learn new things. Meanwhile, Misae enrolls in a motor driving school to obtain her license but fails her initial test. She attends a driving lesson accompanied by Shin-chan, who plays with toy cars in a children's room and dismisses them as boring. Shin-chan leaves the play area and enters the actual driving course, distracting Misae and causing her to crash the vehicle into a curb sign. Consequently, the instructor fails Misae and refuses to issue her license due to the trouble caused by Shin-chan's mischief.
