Honey explains to Genet that her father, Dr. Kisaragi, created her super android body before being killed protecting her from Panther Claw. After this incident, she partnered with PCIS investigator Seiji Hayami to fight the organization and avenge him. Seiji later becomes the target of a trap set by Fire Claw, a new Panther Claw minion who rigs Seiji's car to explode. The explosion sends Seiji to the hospital, but Honey quickly arrives to defeat Fire Claw and rescue him. This sequence highlights the ongoing conflict between Honey and Seiji against the persistent threats posed by Panther Claw and its agents.
