Honey Kisaragi is summoned to a jewelry store hostage situation involving the evil organization Panther Claw, where she encounters Inspector Genet from France. Inside, she confronts three Panther Claw emissaries seeking the Airborn Element Fixing Device she holds. Transforming into Cutie Honey, the soldier of love, she defeats one member and chases the remaining two toward a scrapyard. There, Genet eliminates another attacker. Honey then faces Panther Claw leader Sister Jill, who overpowers her before escaping the scene.
