Kuro rescues a kitten named Butch and his siblings from a canine attack, learning they face constant ambushes by cyborg dogs controlled by American scientist Big, also known as Whitewoods. Overpowered initially, the group receives assistance from Dr. Go, who enhances the kittens with cybernetic upgrades. Empowered by these modifications and supported by Go, Mi, and Kotaro, the team confronts the deranged doctor to exact revenge for the threats posed to the young cats.
