Jun'ichi dreams of his grandmother, Yoshino, who taught him to magically create Japanese confections. Nemu attempts to ask Jun'ichi on a date, but Sakura invites him to her house at the same time. Consequently, Nemu invites Miharu instead, improvising a story that she would stay at her friend's house.
