Hikarigaoka challenges Kanata to the bishōnen contest, where Kanata was the previous year's winner. Dissatisfied with Kanata's official photo, Hikarigaoka attempts to take a better one but fails. While walking home, Kanata encounters Mikan wandering the streets for creative inspiration. Hikarigaoka captures a picture that apparently shows Kanata shoving Mikan to the ground. This image is submitted to the contest, resulting in a lack of votes for Kanata. Miyu convinces the girls that the incident was a misunderstanding. Consequently, Kanata wins the contest for the second time in a row.
