Chris attempts to select a present for Kanata but remains uncertain about his preferences. Shikada-san visits the Kanata temple to determine what Kanata likes, only to witness Wannya transform. Consequently, Wannya disguises himself as a robot. Over time, Wannya becomes jealous of Shikada-san. The episode concludes with Wannya rescuing Ruu and Pepo from a crow, as well as saving Shikada and Kanata from drowning.
