Yoshimitsu captures Ban’s allies and Professor Yamano, who is angry at Lex for returning. Takuya attempts to take Yoshimitsu hostage, but Rina betrays him to save her sisters, needing Yoshimitsu’s approval for a medical procedure. Yamano reveals the Platinum Capsule decoder is hidden in the Artemis Tournament, requiring both parts to function. Yamano triggers explosives to allow the group to escape, then leaves for other business. Van returns home and reveals his father is alive, prompting his mother to share how she learned of Yamano’s survival years ago. Ban vows to win the Artemis Tournament. The episode concludes with Yoshimitsu in a strange lab, downloading a program into a mysterious young man.
