Ep. 4: Ban and Ami confront Kazu, who has been manipulated by the Innovators to battle Achilles with the LBX Egypt.

At Blue Cat coffee shop, men discuss using Achilles for a secret mission while wondering if Ban is ready. Ban rushes to school after a sleepless night and agrees to battle Ami at Kitajima's, but they first check on Kazu regarding his destroyed LBX. Ryu falsely claims credit for defeating Gouda, earning hero worship that backfires when he cannot deliver. Meanwhile, Yagami completes a new LBX at the Innovators base and dispatches agents to target Achilles. Kazu, at a mall, is sold the LBX Egypt by an agent who hypnotizes him to destroy Achilles. Kazu challenges Ban, and the battle begins in a desert setting created by a D-cube. Achilles struggles in the sand until V-Mode activates, allowing Ban to lose control but enabling Achilles to defeat Egypt and break Kazu's hypnosis. The agents retreat, and the trio returns to Kitajima's, who provides Kazu with a customized Gladiator LBX.
